This truly one-of-a-kind bolo tie features three pieces of pink San Juan Rhodonite stacked together in bold, geometric shapes. The soft pinks of the stone paired with the strong lines of the design give this piece a unique balance of feminine color and rugged form.
San Juan Rhodonite comes from the San Juan Mountains of Southwest Colorado, where rhodonite and related manganese minerals have been found alongside the region’s historic silver mining districts. Once pulled from these rugged mountains as part of their rich mining history, the material is now treasured by collectors and lapidary artists for its beautiful pinks, deep reds, and natural matrix. We especially love working with it because it is quite literally a piece of our home mountains.
The bolo measures 2.25”x1” and hangs on a 42" long, 4mm medium brown genuine leather cord and is finished with classic sterling silver bolo tips.
