We are committed to creating meaningful, wearable works of art that are ethically created to last this lifetime and the next. All of Frontera's pieces come with a lifetime warranty, meaning we will repair or replace any defective parts of our jewelry at no additional cost.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
- We have your back and are proud to offer a limited lifetime warranty on all our jewelry.
- This warranty covers, any defects as a result of manufacturing or craftsmanship. This does not cover theft, loss, abuse or excessive wear and tear.
Repairs, Resizing & Maintenance

- I try my absolute best to make durable, long lasting jewelry that can withstand every day wear. However, sometimes jewelry does break. Knowing how important my pieces are to you, I will likely be able to repair the piece for you for a fee. There are situations however that require the piece to be completely remade. Contact me with any repair questions that you may have! Please note, that our pieces are on a limited lifetime warranty and will be repaired for free if there is any default in craftsmanship or manufacturing.
- Rings: If you are purchasing a ring, I HIGHLY recommend that you get your finger sized from a professional jeweler. It is much easier to expand a ring, than to shrink it. So if in doubt, choose a slightly smaller size than larger.
- If you need one of our rings resized, please contact us right away. We can resize rings for a small fee.
- Necklaces & Cuffs: All sizes/lengths will be listed in the product listing. If you would like a necklace to be longer or shorter, I am happy to make adjustments for you.
Return & Exchange Policy
- Customer satisfaction is a top priority!! If you are unhappy with what we have created, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options.
- For regularly stocked items & in-store purchases, you have 7 days to issue a refund. Items must be returned in the original packaging, with any accessories; cases, boxes, and/or chains. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs & if the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
- Custom jewelry is nonrefundable.
Processing & Shipping
Ready to ship pieces will be shipped out no later than 7 days after purchased. If you need it rush shipped, please contact us at 870-422-8504 or email us at info@fronterasilver.com.
Shipping costs depends on weight, location, and mail class. You can choose which mail class you would like to go with at checkout. First Class Mail typically takes 3-5 days from time of shipping and includes no shipping insurance. Priority Mail typically takes 1-3 days from time of shipping and includes insurance. I recommend this option if you are buying a higher-price item.
Once I have properly packaged, addressed and shipped your item, I am no longer responsible for the package. Unfortunately, once it has been scanned into USPS/UPS, I have no control over the shipping process. Please consider buying insurance for your package at checkout if you'd like to take extra precaution in your package's safe arrival.
Material
All pieces are created by hand using .925 sterling silver and occasionally 14carat gold, bronze, brass or copper. Most of the pieces I create feature one-of-a-kind stones that were hand cut by a beautiful human. Therefore to make exact replicas of most designs is near impossible.
Stones and metal will likely wear with time in the elements. They will oxidize, meaning the metal may darken and the stones (especially turquoise and variscite) may become more green over time. The metal can be cleaned using polishing cloths, but it is difficult to predict or "fix" how the stones react to the elements once they are extracted from the earth.

Custom Made Creations
General Terms
- Due to the nature of custom made items, all jewelry sales are final & I am unable to accept returns. Clients acknowledge custom jewelry is unique and your jewelry may appear differently than expected. I repeat, no refunds or returns are permitted.
- All of our creations come with a limited lifetime warranty, meaning we will repair or replace any defective parts of our jewelry at no additional cost.
- The Jeweler will provide initial designs along with a full price quote via email. This quote will be valid for fourteen (14) days as metal prices may vary. The Client will have the opportunity to offer feedback during the initial consultation and the Jeweler may provide up to two (2) revisions.
- Within fourteen (14) days Client will approve of the final design, time of delivery, and payment schedule in writing via email.
Payment Terms
- Once the final quote has been accepted, fifty percent (50%) of the balance is due as the first installment. The first installment of 50% must be paid within fourteen (14) days. Sales and other taxes may be included.
- If the first installment is not paid within fourteen days of the final quote being delivered, the client accepts additional fees and a revised delivery schedule. The jeweler reserves the right to stop work on the jewelry until the first installment is paid.
- Client knows that rush fees (15% increase) may be applied under certain circumstances.
- Final payment is due upon completion of the project.
Custom Design & Client Provided Stones
- It is the Client's responsibility to provide proper sizing.
- If Jeweler requires Client feedback on design and Client is delayed in providing said feedback, the Jeweler reserves the right to revise delivery schedule.
- Client provided gemstones (heirlooms) may be accepted at the jewelers discretion.
- Client acknowledges that there is reasonable risk involved in removing gemstones from mountings and resetting stones. The jeweler will assess any risk regarding your stones and is not liable for stone damage due to stone flaws or existing cracks, chippin, flaws or inclusions.
- If the design requires using refined gold or other metal, client acknowledges that no cash value will be given to the client.
Delivery and Pickup
- For delivery, the jeweler will ship the final product to client's home upon request and a signature may be required. The jewelry will be valued at the price paid and insured for its full value. In the event that jewelry is damaged upon delivery or goes missing, client should notify the jeweler within forty-eiught hours of delivery or expected delivery. We will work with you to fix or replace the jewelry
- For pickup, we offer in store pickup. Please schedule an appointment time for pickup or check our current shop hours.
Repairs and Warranty
- We offer limited lifetime warranty, meaning we will repair or replace any defective parts of our jewelry at no additional cost.
- We are however not responsible for repairs or replacing jewelry that was excessively worn (including but not limited to loss in drain disposal, slammed in car door, smashing it on something hard), misuse (exposure to chemicals) or jewelry that was lost)
- We do offer ring resizes, repairs, and polishing services for a fee.
