We are a teeny tiny jewelry business with a big heart located in Durango, Colorado. We have a passion for creating jewelry that is beautiful, seeped with intention, and makes you feel a closer connection to the Earth.
We believe in sustainability, storytelling, longevity, quality and intention. Using precious metals and responsibly sourced gemstones we create wearable works of art.
MEET CHAYSE - The creative force behind Frontera. She is (almost) a master metalsmith and loves all things stone and metal.
MEET CLIFF - Our rock guy! He cuts most of the beautiful gemstones that we work with. His favorites stones to work with are variscite and turquoise.
MEET LEXI - Our amazing apprentice and fellow creative. She is a powerhouse of a woman that has taken to silversmithing very quickly.

FRONTERA, a Spanish word pronounced fron-ter-ah, means borders or boundaries. Here at FRONTERA we focus on breaking past physical and creative borders and craft jewelry inspired by nature's natural borders such as mountains, deserts and the sea.
